The Deshaies Botanical Garden is home to 16 new pink flamingos. They arrived in Guadeloupe on February 6, 2018 from the Netherlands. After 10 days of quarantine to acclimatize them to their new environment and a veterinary check-up, the 16 young Flamingos will join the famous “flamingo pool” for our visitors’ pleasure.

The garden also welcomes two new tenants, each female, a peacock and a golden pheasant, who will share their life with Leon, a magnificent golden pheasant and Arthur, a blue peacock.
